Return & Refund Policy – WeMeTo
At WeMeTo, we are committed to providing quality one-to-one counselling services to support your mental health and well-being. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate of both clients and counsellors. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Cancellation & Refund Requests
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled with 24 hours or more notice will be eligible for a full refund or a reschedule (as per your preference).
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at the full session rate.
2. No-show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled counselling session without prior notice, the session will be considered as delivered and the full fee will be charged.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Packages
If you have prepaid for a package of sessions and wish to discontinue, you may request a refund for the unused sessions.
Completed sessions will be charged at the standard individual session rate before refund calculation.
4. Workshops or Group Sessions
Refunds for workshops or group counselling sessions will follow the specific terms outlined in the event registration details.
Generally, a refund is possible if cancellation is made within the announced cancellation window before the event.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies may arise. If you believe your case requires special consideration, please contact us at wemeto24@gmail.com.
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
