User Agreement

We, WeMeTo (referred to as "We", "Our", or "The Company"), are the creators, owners, and publishers of the website and platform wemeto.com, including our related services, employees, directors, affiliates, and subsidiaries.

WeMeTo is engaged in providing online mental health support services by connecting Clients with qualified Counsellors through secure, confidential, one-to-one calls (video/audio).

By using wemeto.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

📜 Rules & Guidelines

Respect Others – Be kind, supportive, and respectful in all interactions.

No Harassment – Bullying, offensive language, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal.

Confidentiality – Do not share another member’s private conversations outside the platform.

No Romance/Dating Services – The Friendship Club is not a dating platform; it is for positive friendships only.

Safety First – Never share sensitive personal details (address, bank info, etc.).

Moderation Rights – WeMeTo reserves the right to suspend/remove users who violate these guidelines.

💳 Membership & Refund Policy

Friendship Club access may be offered as part of a membership plan.

Membership fees are non-refundable once the service has been used.

If technical issues prevent access, users may request support or a partial refund.

🔒 Privacy & Safety

Chats are private and secure.

WeMeTo does not monitor personal messages, but we encourage members to report misuse.

All data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

🤝 Disclaimer

The Friendship Club is a peer community, not a substitute for professional counselling.
If you need mental health support, please book a session with a licensed WeMeTo counsellor

Definitions

Client/You/Your: Any person using WeMeTo services to seek counselling.

Counsellor/Expert: A professional providing counselling through WeMeTo.

WeMeTo/We/Our/Us: The platform provider operating at wemeto.com.

Services: Online one-to-one counselling via video/audio calling provided through WeMeTo.

Cookies

WeMeTo uses cookies to improve user experience and provide personalized services. By using wemeto.com, you agree to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, WeMeTo and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all materials published on wemeto.com. All rights are reserved.

Your content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or law.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if a Client pays but does not receive any counselling session.

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of payment to wemeto24@gmail.com.

After a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

WeMeTo provides digital services only (no physical goods).

Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following organizations may link to our website without prior approval:

News organizations

Online directory distributors

Hyperlinks must not:

WeMeTo provides mental health counselling support, not emergency or crisis intervention.

If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency number immediately.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing limits our liability for fraud, personal injury, or matters not excludable by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
